cant add location after install

hi iv installed the member map but cant seem to add location
the location button just links back to the map - /forum/index.php?app=membermap#

Issue fixed in: None
You are missing /forum/public/js/ips.membermap.js make sure you upload that file.
Also, you may want to edit your skin and set the option to cache CSS to files, your pages will load quicker and use less bandwidth.
