Feedback not working properly!

Since I have installed the feedback system, it's never worked properly. Sometimes people enter feedback and it works fine, other times they dont get any notification and then they find they have entered the feedback 4 times in a row. And other times we just get this sort of error...

I am using the updated version before you took control, I haven't checked to see if your version is any newer?

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with this app, I have not released any updated code for it yet.

I take extreme care that my products are as flawless as possible and are of a high quality, so if you've got any other issues please let me know (you can report them in the Tracker) and I'll get them fixed.
