"Top Members" widget should also show ranking according to number of trades, no just percentages. At present, one member with 500 operations and 98% of "effectivity" is shown below someone with 1 correct operation

I just bought it. Everything looks great, but I would like to change reputation icons, particularly remove those signs (+, -, x). Just colour is enough to show what kind of vote is. any help? Other question: when will be "-1% bug" get fixed?
